The Malacca Deaf Association (POPNM)  is a non-governmental organization  for disabled that is given mandate by the Malacca deaf for for the welfare of members of the deaf. POPNM also organize various activities in Malacca. This organization has been registered by the Registrar of Societies Commission (Suruhanjaya Pendaftaran Pertubuhan) on March 24 1998. POPNM also became affiliated with the Persekutuan Orang Pekak Malaysia (MFD).

POPNM has 220 deaf members from all around Malaysia. Now, POPNM operates full-time to provide services and assistance to deaf community that is located at the Center of The Deaf Communicate Malacca.
