History

On 1997, the deaf especially do not know how to associate and they were so closed mind and lack of idea. In other to improve the deaf, Encik Razak and friends were meeting a teacher and share the problems. After the meeting, they got an idea from a school principal to open an association for the deaf.

In order to fulfill their good intention, they tried to get a license to open the organisation. After that, Encik Razak rent a small building in Semabuk around RM 200 for a month.

In 2000, the organization was not really active. It has to be closed as it does not get much attention from others. However, Encik Razak and his friends get assistance from The Deaf Association Malaysia. From that, they began to rent a shop house for RM 500 per month and has approximately 250 members.

Furthermore, this organization has held many programs and also get a donation from other people.The shop house is situated at a strategic place and was supported by the state government Malacca.

From that moment, they do not have to pay the rent of the shop house and become well known. Now, the members of the organization increase until 370 members.
